Mr. Narendra Singh Surya brings over a decade of rich experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector. He has held senior leadership roles at reputed institutions such as HDFC Bank and IDFC Bank, where he led large sales teams and managed critical banking operations. His expertise spans sales and marketing management, product development and customization, and strategic customer engagement. Mr. Surya has successfully handled projects involving both government bodies and private organizations, showcasing strong liaison and relationship-building skills. Under his leadership, Bihan Micro Finance is committed to delivering impactful and inclusive financial solutions across India.

Dr. Rajkumar Chauhan, a seasoned healthcare professional and social entrepreneur, envisioned Bihan Micro Finance Pvt. Ltd. as a response to the critical financial needs of middle-class families, especially youth and women in rural and semi-urban India. With a deep understanding of grassroots challenges, he recognized how lack of access to funds was preventing young individuals from pursuing education and women from starting small businesses to overcome unemployment and achieve economic independence.

Driven by this vision, Dr. Chauhan founded Bihan Micro Finance to offer ethical, accessible, and impactful financial support to those underserved by traditional banking systems.

He brings with him over 3 decades of experience as a healthcare consultant and is the founder and head of three leading paramedical colleges in Chhattisgarh, Bihar, and West Bengal. Beyond education and finance, Dr. Chauhan actively leads multiple NGOs that focus on women empowerment, tribal welfare, and the upliftment of disadvantaged communities across India.

His commitment to social development, combined with practical business insight, continues to inspire Bihan’s mission of financial inclusion and community transformation.
